What we collect

When you enquire, enrol, or use the portal, we collect: name, contact details, programme preferences, attendance records, fee history, and messages you send through the portal. Children's data is collected only with parental consent and is treated according to our children's privacy policy.

How we use it

To run our academy: assign students to teachers, take attendance, send fee receipts, reply to your messages, and improve our service. We do not sell or rent data to anyone, ever.

Where it lives

Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database, R2 file storage) in regions chosen for proximity to India. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Passwords are stored using Argon2id one-way hashing — even our staff cannot see them.

Sharing

We use third-party services for narrow purposes: Resend for sending emails, Sentry for catching errors, Cloudflare for hosting and security. These providers act under contractual confidentiality. We do not share data with marketers, advertisers, or data brokers.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@babulilmonline.com. We respond within 30 days.
