We work with children every day, and their safety is our top priority.

Parental consent

We collect a child's personal information only with explicit consent from their parent or guardian, who creates and controls the household account.

What we collect about children

Name, age, gender, address, contact (used by parents and emergency contact only), batch enrolment, attendance, progress notes from teachers, and fee history. We do not collect or retain audio recordings of children, biometric data, or location data.

How children use the portal

Children under 13 do not have their own login. Parents access their child's portal through a household account. Children aged 13–18 may have a student login if a parent enables it; the parent retains access.

Sharing

We never share children's data with marketers or advertisers. Teachers see their assigned students; admins see all students for operational purposes. No third party receives a child's data except as required to operate our service (hosting, email).

Removal

Parents can request deletion of their child's data at any time by emailing privacy@babulilmonline.com.
